The Korden Media Protector MP-100, when used in conjunction with a UL Rated Insulated File, is a media protection system that protects all computer media including floppy disks, CD-ROM's, DVD's, Zip Disks, magnetic tapes, and removable drives from heat associated with a fire.

The MP-100's sole purpose is to protect your valuable media by ensuring its' interior temperature never exceeds 125^o F for at least one hour. Also, it protects against other harmful elements to media such as humidity and magnetic interference.
