Media File

The KORDEN Media Protector MP-100, when used in conjunction with a UL Rated Insulated File, is a media protection system that protects all computer media including floppy disks, CD-ROM's, DVD's, Zip Disks, magnetic tapes, and removable drives from heat associated with a fire.

The MP-100's sole purpose is to protect your valuable media by ensuring the interior temperature of the protector never exceeds 125 degrees for at least one hour. It also protects against other harmful elements to media, such as humidity and magnetic interference.

The MP-100 also has plenty of capacity. Its interior volume is 535 cubic inches, enough to hold 45 CD-ROM's in their jewel cases or 294 3.5" diskettes.
