Lifetime Warranty

KORDEN warrants to the original purchaser of an insulated fire file that it will be free from defects in material and workmanship, during normal use, for the life of the product. This warranty does not apply if, at the discretion of KORDEN, the product has been tampered with, damaged by accidental abuse, misuse or misapplication, or as a result of any modifications by any party including any dealer, other than KORDEN.

Lifetime Free Replacement Guarantee
KORDEN, Inc. guarantees to the original retail purchaser FREE replacement of any insulated KORDEN products damaged beyond repair by a fire for the life of the product.

Conditions
This warranty is extended to the original purchaser who completes and returns the Warranty Registration Card to KORDEN within 30 days of purchase. Warranty service is available by contacting your KORDEN dealer or submitting a letter to KORDEN. Proof of purchase is required before warranty work or file replacement will be granted. KORDEN reserves the right to have a company representative inspect any product before honoring a claim.
