Lifetime Warranty

Korden, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser of an insulated file, that it will be free from defects in material and workmanship, during normal use, for the life of the product. This warranty does not apply if, at the discretion of Korden, Inc., the product has been tampered with, damaged by accidental abuse, misuse, or misapplication, or as a result of any modifications by any party including any dealer, other than Korden, Inc.

Lifetime Free Replacement Guarantee

Korden, Inc. guarantees to the original retail purchaser, FREE replacement of any Korden Insulated products damaged beyond repair by a fire for the life of the product.

Conditions

This warranty is extended to the original purchaser whose name(s) appear on the Warranty Registration Card filed with Korden, Inc. within 30 days of purchase. Warranty service is available by contacting your Korden dealer, or in writing to Korden, Inc. Proof of purchase is required before warranty work or file replacement can be granted. Korden, Inc. reserves the right to have a company representative inspect any product before honoring any claim.
